Perfect cutting results cannot be achieved with perfect Flexible Dies alone. Precision engineered Magnetic Cylinders are also a prerequisite. Our "OptiMag" Magnetic Cylinders are manufactured in Germany to the highest levels of excellence, in all standard sizes as well as to individual customer specifications

On occasions where a steel rule die is not a viable or cost effective option, i.e. for complex designs or intricate shapes, a flat Magnetic Base combined with a Flexible Die can be the solution. Just like our rotary Magnetic Cylinders, our flat Magnetic Bases are precision engineered using state of the art processes, again, in all standard sizes as well as to individual customer specifications (subject to availability)
